C-CAP is a national 501c3 organization that empowers underserved teenagers by providing education, mentorship and scholarships. These resources enable them to pursue rewarding careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

widespread support from chefs across the nation. As restaurants grapple with stafing challenges, C-CAP’s mission becomes even more critical.

The Culinary Kids program is a dynamic initiative that brings together aspiring young chefs from C-CAP and seasoned professionals for an unforgettable experience.
Student-Chef Mentorship Pairings:
Students will be paired with a professional chef for Manhattan Beach Food & Wine. This mentorship opportunity allows students to learn directly from industry experts, gaining valuable insights and hands-on skills.
